Negative Calorie Food: The Key to the Diet is the Negative Calorie Foods List

Negative Calorie Foods Calories Negative Negative Calorie Foods List Negative Calorie

Well if you're looking for the truth about negative calorie foods then searching for negative calorie foods and zero calorie diet information online can be really overwhelming. There is so much information online about negative calorie diets, but it can be hard to tell if the negative calorie is a myth, fact, or somewhere in the gray area in between. I'm not a doctor or personal trainer or weight loss expert or anything like that, but I have studied negative calories, and even if I can't give you a full negative calorie foods list I can still probably offer some new information about fiber in negative calories, and about some of the more common questions that many web surfers have about this controversial diet.

Many people want to know about individual vegetables and fruits. I'm not completely sure why someone would want to know about negative calorie celery, since I just can't see how someone could eat lots and lots of negative calorie celery, because there's just not a lot of taste there. Apples with negative calories makes more sense, since at least apples taste good and give you some filling for the stomach. All foods that you're going to find on a negative calorie foods list are going to be either fruits are vegetables. These great diet foods all have high water content, high fiber content, and belong to the fruit/veggie part of the food pyramid. Many of these veggies are loaded up in a vegetable broth for any negative calorie diet soup. This soup is most often found in the cabbage soup diet, or can also be used in a person's independent eating plan based on the negative calorie foods concept.

Finding a full negative calorie foods list isn't easy, often because there are many variations over the list and there are arguments over some of the fruits and vegetables and whether they belong or not. Kiwi and pineapple are examples of fruit found on a negative calorie list, but other sites might choose to leave them off because somehow they just "seem" like they should have actual calories, especially compared to cucumbers, carrots, and celery...all foods that are commonly found on a negative calorie list. Yet if you look at the original lists that come from the original negative calorie diet theory, pineapple and kiwi will be on virtually all of them. That's why I'm not going to have a definitive negative calorie foods list here because it's hard if not impossible to get a complete definitive list.

This diet has taken on an online life of its own, and there are many different points of view on it, but the cabbage soup diet is a version of the negative calorie diet, as are many other types of popular trendy diets. Is there a such thing as a "negative calorie?" Well that's hard to figure out, but there are plenty of people who believe this diet works, and it's hard to argue with that many people swearing by it.

Still, it can be hard outside of this blog to find a good review on the negative calorie foods diet, and any time you hear something like top secret fat loss secret diet review, make sure you can find a review to really tell you a non-marketing opinion on that diet plan. When you can find a review (like the one highlighted two lines up) then you're probably in good shape, but always do your homework with any diet, whether it's that one or negative calorie foods, or any other type.

Negative Calorie Foods Diet: 4 Tips to Help Your Negative Calorie Diet

Many people are becoming interested in trying out a negative calorie food diet, but even with the wide range of free information online about negative calories and the zero calorie diet (as this diet plan is often referred to), it can still be difficult for individuals to take all that disjointed information about negative calories and put it together in an eating plan that will help you lose weight and take full advantage of a negative calorie diet.

Part of the reason for this is that the negative calorie diet is a suplemental diet. This means that it's not meant to be a complete list of the only foods you can eat. In fact, if you only eat negative calorie foods, that's a bad thing because eventually you will more or less starve to death from a lack of protein and necessary good fats in your diet. On the other hand, even people who understand this concept can have a hard time making a zero calorie diet work. How do you know if you're enjoying the full effect of these negative calorie vegetables and negative calorie fruits when you have to supplement them with other food?

Following in this post are four quick tips to help you get the most out of adding negative calories to your diet.

4 Tips to Get the Most Out of a Negative Calorie Diet

  1. Follow a diet realted to negative calorie foods. The grapefruit diet and cabbage soup diet are two examples of diets that use the negative calorie foods concept, but also have a stable eating plan clearly laid out that is much easier to follow.
  2. One of the best ways to maximize the use of negative calorie foods in the diet is to use them in a negative calorie soup. The cabbage soup diet is especially based around this idea, and it's fairly easy to make some really tasty and well seasoned negative calorie diet soups from the vegetables available.
  3. A lot of people munch on carrots, cucumbers, and celery for three days before going nuts due to lack of taste. While most foods on the negative calorie food list are vegetables, don't forget about negative calorie fruit, which add variety and flavor and is much easier to snack on.
  4. Don't cut back on negative calorie foods! This one doesn't make sense to me at all. If you're going to be eating negative calorie foods, why just eat 1,000 calories a day worth? No one in the history of mankind has gotten fat from eating apples, oranges, carrots, cucumbers, and celery. These are your diet foods. Limiting them is only going to make you hungry and irritable.

Those four tips can help deal with the majority of problems that dieters run into while trying a negative calorie diet. Negative calories can add an amazing kick start to your weight loss plans, and having these foods replace high calorie and unhealthy foods also teaches you the eating habits you will need to keep the weight off.

Negative Foods | Negative Calorie Fruits | Negative Calorie Foods Diet

Negative Foods: Negative Calorie Fruits

Our last post was on negative calorie soup, and while that is a good topic, it only begins to scratch the surface of the many foods that make up the negative calorie foods diet. Aside from the great diet soup that can be made from taking advantage of negative calorie foods, there are also plenty of negative calorie vegetables and negative calorie fruits that can be used to really help jump start your diet plan.

Most people are in some way familiar with some of the vegetables that make up the negative calorie foods list. Lettuce, spinach, cabbage, tomatoes (I know they're technically a fruit but tomatoes are always associated more with veggies so here they stay) , bell peppers, garlic, celery, carrots and other veggies. These are commonly referred to in the negative calorie diet, and for good reason since these are the negative calorie vegetables.

But while people are obsessed with particular vegetables for their negative caloric values, let's not overlook fruits. Negative foods have a large number of fruits included, many of which can be surprising to people, such as pineapple have negative calories. Pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, oranges, and apples have negative calories, among many others. These types of negative calorie fruits can really help to jump start your low calorie diet.

"Zero calorie diets," another fancy name for negative calorie foods diet, are based on negative calorie veggies and negitive calorie fruit, as well. This combination of foods, when used properly as a supplemental (not main) diet, is what allows the negative calorie foods diet so effective.

When dieting, sometimes a diet gets a bad reputation for reasons that aren't entirely fair. The negative calorie foods diet has been linked before with anorexia, but this diet doesn't encourage anorexia. It encourages a diet that is heavy in these foods IN ADDITION TO a normal diet of lean meats, fruits and veggies not on the negative calorie list, and healthy carbs. This diet is not meant to be the end all be all of foods you're allowed to eat (or not).

Negative foods are a great way to jump start the diet. Replace the snickers bar with an apple. Replace a microwave burrito with a couple oranges. A cupcake with some carrot slices or other veggies. The little things can make a big difference, and even something like replacing potatoes with more diet friendly foods with negative calories can make all the difference.

Negative Calorie Soup | Negative Calorie Foods Diet | Negative Calorie Diet Soup

Negative Calorie Diet Soup

A lot of diets recently have been taking a book from the page of the Negative calorie foods diet. Diets like the Cabbage Soup Diet borrow from the principle of negative calories, and it's the cabbage soup diet in particular that has a lot of people interested in finding a quality negative calorie soup. While it's nearly impossible to make a soup that is completely negative calorie (at least one worth eating) a hearty soup full of negative calorie foods can keep the belly full while burning off nearly all the calories that you eat. It's a great way to lsoe weight while avoiding starving yourself and having to deal with that pesky appetite that will keep cropping up in most low calorie diets.

The way to make a low calorie, or even negative calorie diet soup is simple: make a basic vegetable broth for the soup, no meat, and add in a wide array of negative calorie and low calorie foods. These can be carrots, celery, mushrooms, bell peppers, fresh green beans, tomatoes, beets, cabbage, and other similar foods. Spice it up with a lot of garlic, pepper, and other seasonings (although try to lay off the salts). You can even throw in some cayenne seasoning for a little extra kick. The more different seasonings, flavors, and veggies you have in your negative calorie diet soup, the more likely you are to enjoy it and be able to enjoy the negative calorie diet by extension.

There are several places to find recipes for negative calorie soup. There are books, there's the common negative calorie e-book that is available online, and then there's the cabbage soup diet. The reason you can eat an unlimited amount of the soup in the negative calorie soup diet is that the soup in this diet is a negative calorie soup. Otherwise the cabbage soup diet wouldn't make any sense at all.

There is no single one recipe for negative calorie soup. Basically look at the list of foods that are options, use some common sense, and the rest should be easy.
